I am getting error C 1 when I try send picture mail. The phone is new to me and I don't have a manual so I'm wondering why the error. What does it mean and why can't I send photos?

i had this problem back when i had the sanyo vm-4500...call up CS and tell them that your picture mail isnt working and you are getting a error C 1...they will prolly transfer you to tech support...tell them the problem...you'll prolly hear them type something and then like 2 hours later it works just fine...thats what happened with me...
