Well i have come to the conclusion that Im buying the 7500 straight out full price no rebates since im stuck with this 8300 for 6 months. One would think that it would be the same price. HOWEVER, they are not. 7500 off the sprint website is 299.99 and in store its like 379.99 or some craziness like that. All the phone rep could say is "that maybe the price they are selling it for in that retail store". So i just sighed and moved on

ANYWAY this is the deal i worked out.

I buy the 7500 phone online, since my 7400 is literally held together by the wires, im going to have to get express shipment. They told me though that they will give me 50% off my next bill of $81. Then when i take the phone in to get it turned on they will credit my sprint account $150.

pretty good deal since my bill this month is 81.00. So savings in all were $150 + $40.50 = $190.50! id say its pretty good, but a lot of hassle to go through. So all in all no service agreement I had to sign, and virtually saved more than the inital $150 rebate i was going to get.
