Is the code at the end of the eCare email subject the employee code? If thats the case, if anyone has gotten a very "experience" and knowledgable rep it'd be beneficial to pass that code on to others. As we all know, the level of service we get is dependant on the level of knowledge the rep has (or resources he takes advantage of, ie. other employees).
