I need help getting a MM 9000

How can I get a MM 9000 other than the obvious?

I got mine at a Radio Shack last weekend. I had to drive to one 30 miles away and they had two left.

The Radio Shack in my town said they're expecting to get some more sometime this month, and the Sprint Store in my town said they're not expecting to get any.

Fry's Electronics may still have some, and for $249 they are a steal. If that's not available try radio shack or other third-party stores. I've still got two left from my original order of three in November, and I bought the one :lol:

It seems most people have been having luck with Radio Shacks. I know I tried EVERY Sprint Store in the North Shore Boston area and Souther New Hamprise with no luck, but finally found that the radio Shack in the mall had several.

I ordered mine, last week, from Sprint...direct. I had gone to a Sprint store to purchase the MM9000, but, they told me the phone was "discontinued". They further explained the phone was "only a test", and, it was never intended to be widely available. Well, I called Sprint and ordered the phone. I have to say it is the best phone I've ever had. Specifically, the EVDO connectivity is perfect for my application. I am on the road, most of the time, for work, and, on-demand internet access is tremencously valuable. Besides, I've been creating ringers from my mp3 files and they work great!! Led Zepplin, Ted Nugent, Van Halen, The Who...etc.

Try Radio Shack. Most Sprint stores all over the US don't carry the phone any longer, because it has been discontinued. It is the BEST phone I've ever owned. You can't even get one on the Sprint website anymore. Good luck. You won't regret it! :tu:
