View Full Version : Running ringers off of miniSD?

Ok, on the mm9000 I just realized that when you go to Settings->sounds->ringer type->..... you can select "my albums" under the "video" heading. When you go to my "albums", there is an option to select media from the miniSD. Has anyone gotten this to work? What I did was, rename a .m4a ringer to .3gp, and it lets me "preview" it and it plays fine, but it wont let me assign it...it says "Warning! this file can not be set"

I suspect that will only work for video+audio ringers, not for mere audio ringers. And it might have to be .3g2 .
