I recently broke my 7400 hinge by stepping on the back of it clam open and face down............
i went to a sprint store and they told me they would try to replace it since they didnt have the part for it, then if they didn't have the phone they would call me and ask me to choose from some other phones if since they can not downgrade phones...
my questions are
1. are they still making 7400 to where they are replacing phones with them?
2. if they weren't making the 7400, could my next choice easily be the 7500?
i asked one of the ladies there, and they said i could try to request that phone. but do ya think it will work?
ps: im really pissed too because last year in june my scp-5500 broke and they werent making those no more,so they gave me the 7400, well now that my service agreement is up i was planning on getting the 7500, but i cant buy with rebates since i have to have service on the 7400 for at least a year.....well now i have broke that and im stuck with the old 7400 until they decide if they want to give me anything new........pisses me off
