When I call the regular "redphone" 1-800 number, the CSR picks up before the first ring - very cool.

Unfortunately since I have a business account, they can't see anything on my account and need to transfer me which takes 15min->1hr!!!

Is there an equivalent "redphone" number for business accounts? Thank you.
