well my sanyo 5600 earpiece is messed up. people sound all crackly and stuff. sprint says i dont have insurance but i coulda sworn i put it on when i bought the thing. anyway, they cant replace it so they will give me 150 bucks towards a new one. should i just splurge and by a new phone (probably 9000, any word on the 5700?) or should i send it in to sanyo? do they still have 5600? any chance of me getting a different phone in return?

if your phone is less than 1 year old, it is still under warranty and should be replaced for free
