I resigned a two year contract several months ago and was given free 7pm N/W, free SMS txt msging, and free America Roaming option.
Recently I called customer support, and they said all those features have an expiration date of either 1-2 yrs. I called back and got a different story from a different rep...saying they don't expire.
Anyone know what the real case is here?

Once you have a plan, you can grandfather it. You can get additional freebies for renewing but they will probably not take any existing freebies away. If they do, you can always threatened to change carriers after you contract expires.

some of them will expire. my nights & weekends will expire next year in july. by then i hope to have gotten them at 6pm and started another 2 year contract or something. i will never leave sprint as long as they keep me going with freebies.

Freebies for signing a new Agreement last for the length of the Agreement. ie; you get free 7pm for signing a new 2yr AA, it lasts for 2yrs, if you do not sign a new AA before then and go "off" contract, your freebie will expire at the same time also.

Will all free 7pm n/w codes expire in 2 yrs or just some?

As outthink said, some expire, some just carry over, even after the contract expires.
If you renew on or before the contract expires, they should carry over. Triple check with the CS when renewing!!! Some will expire your extras, then try to sell them back to you.
On the other hand, when you renew, you can often get more freebies and keep the originals as well.

Sprint is getting smarter. At one point in time all the freebies and discounts did not have an experation date. If you have one of those wonderful plans you are grandfathered in. About 6-9 months ago Sprint started changing the incentives. Now the incentive lasts as long as the contract it was given with. The only way to know for sure is to contact Customer Care and ask them if there is an experation date for each incentive you have. Have them actually look at your plan. It lists start and experation date side by side.
