Man, I wish I'd been out here for longer before I bought my new phone. I just signed a new 2-year contract, buying into all of the new plan offers, not knowing that discounts were available for retention. I'm currently getting:
$34.99 400 min F&F
10.00 6pm N&W
25.00 "Unlimited" Vision (my ***, why call it unlimtd if you can't get text msging?)
5.00 100 SMS text msgs
---------
$74.99
My bill went up $15. After the trial I'll drop down to 20.00 vision, but I'm still screwed out of paying $10 more for less messaging capability than I had before. Thanks!

when did you get this plan here is what I did today I called up sprint to tell them that the have messed up my plan and its crazy and I was pissed the F'ed up my minutes and vision so when I got my bill I had 14 almost 15$ in text messaging charges so then they wer like ok we can credit you and I was like ok cool and then I was like I still have a few question about my bill because I was not sure about some of the charges well I was then put on hold being that I was pissed off and the lady on the phone was giving me attitude because I did not understand my bill I hung up when she put me on hold. Right after I hung up I called back and got another person it was a guy I told him about my problem that when I changed my plan that they took off the old vision that I had which included text messaging and when I signed up changing just my minutes that lady told me that nothing would change just the minutes that all well she lied what else is new.. but then I was like is there any way that I Can get put on the new sero plan and he was like that is for customer referal well you have to use a little imagination when it come to talking to these people so I was like well me and the guy at the sprint store said that I would have to call you guys to get switch to this plan since I was not satisfied with my new plan a line of BS if you couldnt tell I just was pissed about the plan that I just changed but never talked to anyone in the store. they guy on the phone put me on hold and said that I can get you 1250 min F&F no roaming pcs to pcs and unlimited vision for 49.99 well that was a little more than I was looking for do I asked if he had anything else he said that there was a 500 min F&F plan for 30 and I Was like deal since I was paying 35.99 for 400 and i now get power vision free too what a deal so just call up sprint and tell them that you are not happy be nice and use your imagination if you have to and if you hace beena long time customer like me they will problably do it I have ben a customer for almost 4 years now

I bought two Sanyo MM-7500 phones las Saturday. I walked out of the sprint store with two individual plans:
2 x $35.99 0-400min free minutes starting at 9pm
2 x $5 PCStoPCS
2 x $10 for Ready Link
1 free month of Vision a $25 value
Total = 2 x $50.99
But I called Sprint customer Service and they helped me out with the following:
$59.99 0-550 shared min...includes PCStoPCS...incl free minutes starting at 7pm
$10 R-L primary line
$5 R-L second line
1 free month of Vision a $25 Value
Total = $74.99
You probably aren't interested in the family plan but at least ask for the following:
She gave me free minutes starting at 7pm for free for renewing service agreement for 2 more years. At least ask for this deal.
I've read on this forum that long time customers have been getting free minutes at 6pm.
