View Full Version : Sanyo 8300 Freezes When Entering Text/Data

Does your screen ever just freeze up when in the middle of sending texts or typing data? I know someone who has one and keeps having this issue and the only way to fix it is to remove the battery.

Do you have software version 1.004sp or 1.005sp? Thanks.

nope never hav.
i had 1.004sp but i had it updated to 1.005 and still no problems.

I do not have that issue.........but I will say I have had to reset (removing battery) for correction of other uses (Media player and downloads). I think maybe I went too fast for it.... :)

So maybe it is an issue with some of them. I'm going to recommend to my friend to get the software update and see if that helps. I know it wasn't supposed to do much but you never know if they tell you everything that changes when an update is released.
