Retention or Ecare Discounts Available

I have gotten my $45.99 + Tax down about 41.7% to $26.79 with the following discounts:

USAA Afinity Insurance Discount 5% $2.30
MRC Credit 5% $2.30 -------what doe MRC Mean?
7pm Nights & Weekend Credit $5.00
Sprint to Sprint Service Credit $5.00
Other Credit and Adjustment $4.60 (10% Loyalty I believe)

My question is this :

My friend has 3 Cells and is paying $75. He has sprint-sprint and night starting at 7Pm

What kind of discounts can he reasonably ask for?
