I checked the price of the phones online and the 7500 shows $299.
So I call customer service because I want to swap a Samsung A900 (which I purchased for my wife, but never opened), for a 7500.

This customer service rep seemed to be pretty knowledgeable and helpful on other questions, but she also says the price of the phone is $379. She acknowledges it's $299 on the web, but through customer service is $379. I'm thinking, "how does that make sense?".

Anyone know how that is supposed to work?!

I'm going to call again tomorrow morning and ask if I purchase a $299 phone from the web or local store, can I still get the equipment discount?

You must be within 14 days of purchase on the a900 to swap it out first of all.
And secondly the price was just dropped to 299.99 so their systems may not have been updated or something. But call your local store, I'm sure they will be more helpful.

Thanks.
I am in 14 days, so I'm just returning the A900 for right now.
Hopefully when I'll can in the next few days and the 7500 will be down to $299 in their system.
