I purchased my A900/Blade, last month and I just got around to my bill, only to find out that I have lost everything! When I bought the phone, I said I do not want my plan changed for anything. The rep told me ok, but some things wouldn't work on the phone, I said ok, as I knew this information was wrong. I am on a family plan, and have unlimited starting at 7pm, I had unlimited pictures, unlimited text, unlimited video, and unlimited internet usage, with free roaming and voice command. I was paying $10 for the phone line because of the family line, and $10 for the rest. (I've had the plan for a long while!) Now my bill is outrageously high, and I no longer have unlimited anything. After calling them, they said I must have a power vision plan, and it will cost me $35, to have all the features I was paying $10 dollars for, in a matter of weeks ago! This saddens me very much, as I will have to end all my services, besides basic phone if I can not correct this situation. The reps will not help for anything. I have been reading on this board for over a year now, and I know alot of people have been able to keep their plans with their new EV-DO phones. There anyway I can fix this? Any plan codes? I believe SKU numbers? Anything at all that I can do to fix this!? I am very worried about this, I need to correct this situation as soon as possible. Any help would be greatly appreciated! Please provide any information that may help me! Thanks for your future help.

So other then the fact that half the people on this board have grandfathered vision, is there anything i can do or prove that it will work, Sorry for the double post!

Did you do an ESN swap when you got the phone? That's the only way 99% of us were able to keep our grandfathered goodies.

Unfortunately, Sprint is very reluctant to correct its own mistakes.
This is a secondary/sub line a.k.a. Add-A-Phone, right? So unless you happen to be living in one of 4 unlucky metropolitan areas (Cleveland, etc.), most add-on features are half-price.
Let's do the math. Power Vision Plus includes Picture Mail and Video Mail. It is ordinarily $20/mo, but on a secondary line that's only $10/mo. Unlimited text messaging is ordinarily $15/mo, but on a secondary line that's $7.50/mo. If your text messaging is only occasional, 100 messages costs $5/mo, which is $2.50/mo on a secondary line.
Ironically: Rather than pay $10/mo for Power Vision Plus, you might want to $12.50/mo for Power Vision Ultimate. It includes Fox News Live ;) as well as other live channels and video clips, for only a paltry $2.50/mo price difference.
If you are in one of the four unlucky metropolitan areas in which Sprint is charging full price for these add-ons even on secondary lines, my sympathy goes out to you.

Im not exactly sure how my phone was activated, the phone was bought on december 12th, and i used my $150 Off rebate and had my number and vision profile added on to the phone. then on the 25th it was activated by esn Swap. where i was told my plan had not been changed, but i noticed my text messaging had increased in price. then with this bill is when i noticed just how much it was changed!
