sry I'm kind of new to this and I've tried searching for help in the forums but I'm still clueless.

My Current Plan says "Power Vision Ultimate Pack/Shared Line" and I took a screen shot of it:

My question is what does this mean? Do I get unlimited web? And do I get all that tv, music, and radio stuff for free? Because I thought it costs $25 dollars to get that when I once read in one of the forums. Also if all the tv channels are included included in my bill, when I go to the media player it still says I have to buy them. So I don't know what to do?! I don't want to be charged 54540525 dollars and get my phone taken away AGAIN! lol. (I had a phone in before and i went 400 dollars over! :deal:)

So can someone please tell me everything I am entitled to and what I am not?
THANK YOU SO MUCH!

That means is on the second line, not the primary line. You get unlimited web. That plan all channels, however they are some channels that are premium, meaning you have to pay extra fee to get that channels.

NINO was correct.

Your line is being charged $12.50, where as the Primary line is being charged $25.00. However, both lines have the same features and access as far as the web is concerned. If it ask you to agree to a higher fee when trying to accesses it, that is because it is not included.

Hope that helps....

basically when you go to the tv, whatever channels are under "my channels" towards the top are included in the power vision plan you have

however anything BELOW that you have to pay for...

basically if you click on something and you can either "preview" it or "buy it" it is not free and must be purchased to watch...

hope that helps and clears things up for you!

Yes, you should get the majority of the channels included with the PV Ultimate Pack, as well as u/l web access...

I think the easiest way to go about this is for you to name a couple of channels you for sure DO NOT get... it is possible that for some reason you are not able to access what you should be able to access... it's happened before. Stranger things have happened ;)

No one's mentioned this, but it's worth noting to the OP that you also have unlimited Pic & Vid mail with your PV Ultimate package.

Anyone know how much a single picture/vid mail would cost if you only had the Power Vision Access pack (no Pic Mail, unlike the Plus & Ultimate packs)?

Text messages are 10 cents each, so how much for picture messages?

Funny thing when you think about it...a lot more bandwidth for a pic/video mail compared to a text message. Yet, the Plus & Ultimate packs get you unlimited of the pics/vids, while SMS texts are not included. Makes you wonder just how much $$$ Sprint rakes in with text messages.

Pic messages works different than text. You can send no pic unless you subscribe to the pack. Either a single Pack which cost $5 or the PV Plus Pak. When you send a Pic, not having any Pic plan, it will ask you to subscribe to the single pack of $5. So to put it in good terms: You can send text message's with/without a text pack, but you cant send any pic without a pic pak of some kind on your account.

not true..........as long as you have a vision capable phone you can send pictures and video (if you have video phone).........price for pic is 20 cents, dont know about how much video is........i know its strange that you can do unlmtd vid and pic mail, i get that question a lot here at work, but hey, thats the way it is.....people actually text message a lot, who actually sends pics?

No one has yet addressed the most obvious explanation for the OP's issue: He is looking for his TV channels in the wrong place!

If you have subscribed to Power Vision Ultimate, go into the Media Player and click on Sprint TV. You should then see My Channels, with Sprint TV Ultimate listed immediately underneath it. Click that, and you should then see some channels like Fox News Live and NBC Mobile, as well as some folders like Sports and Animation with yet more channels.

If none of those are showing up for you, then indeed you have a provisioning problem.

Is that new or what? As far i know i know, when my personal experince you cant. About a few, few months ago when both of my phones on my account was Pic phone, i could not. It was keep asking me that i need to subscribe to the pic in order to send any pic. I went to a sprint store to see if there was something wrong with my phone, the rep told they was no problem. You got to sign up with a pic pack to send a pic. really strange. Anyway i didnt really you could. For me, i could't.
