question, on your bill, or view bill on www.sprint.com, what does it say for unlimited text messaging for the ammount next to it? like it usually says $15, but what does yours say?

Thank you for contacting Sprint together with Nextel.

Yes, online it will show $15.00 Unlimited Text Messaging option. Credit
code is added on the account so it is not visible on the online account.

Be assured if the account was charge for the option. For same you will
get credit for the service under " Credit and Adjustment " coloum on the
invoice.

mine doesn't show a price for it. it's not even listed in the pricing area. i have had unlimited text since 2002

eCare was correct (shocker). It's going to show up as a charge, but will be credited back to you on your bill. You will not see this when you check your account online, only on your paper bill.

mine is blank, but it still shows n&w "starting at 9" even though I've been told repeatedly I've successfully upgraded to "starting at 6"

You can't really rely on your account online. My TEP disappeared couple weeks ago and has still not showed up but when I went into a Sprint Store to have my phone looked at they told me that I still had it on my account.

I have it free as well...does not even list it on the plan page, and never has...but on the usage page, at the bottom, where it says "Text Messages", it says unlimited next to it, and then the number I have used in the column next to that...

well we'll see what happens when i get my bill.. all i was trying to do was either get power vision free or unlim. text for free... to offset the extra cost of the 15 unlimited text. and it worked, funny thing is, im paying 5 dollars less now for the pair than i did when i had unlim text for 5 bucks and vision for 15
