Hey guys,
After we were cut off for going over our ASL, we got back on. Two phones on the account--my g/f's vision works fine, but I can't get anything except 408 errors (server timeout). So, what to do? Texting works, picture mail, vision, and network-requiring apps do not.

Nugo, what probably happened is the usernames or ip addresses have changed in Sprint's system while the service was disconnected. A possaible glitch in Sprint's system. Here's a direct number you can call: 1-866-684-4534. The number is Sprint's Vision support. Most likely they're going to change you ip address. The process can take up to 15 hours to push your new ip address.
