Business customer care! Also, business accounts have a larger variety of "business only" type plan offerings.

Trust me though, business customer care makes it worth it alone!

I have noticed that B-care reps were more "perky" and more than willing to take their time to go over ways to give you the best possible plan. Makes you feel like you're truly cared about. True true.

No wonder I dont experience the problems I hear people talking about with customer service.

Geez, that sounds great.

I own my own business. In fact, my business has paid my cell phone bills for about a year and a half. Do I qualify for a business account? What would I do to get one?

@ DiSBeTMoNeY23 tell claire "business representative" when you call in. If you dont have a discount yet they will help you add the one for your employer. After its added you should always get a business rep!

@ danray Sprint will most likely offer you a small discount for your business or you could join a credit union and get the "CUCorp" discount that is for all credit union members. It will save you 10% off your bill :)

I have been on a business plan for 5+ years now. I am under my own business "self employed". What do you think would be the best way to ask for or receive a business discount?

For the most part it is really easy if you have a company to get a business account all that you have to do is go into any radioshack store and i know that we call our sprint reps and will get you hooked up on that but i am pretty sure that there are certin things that you have to meet before you can qualify and the biggest difference that i have seen with the business account is that the service is a little better and they will help you a little more then say if you have a personal account

I was on a Business account for over 6 years, but the SERO plan was too good to pass up.

Of course, I do miss the Business customer service whenever I have to call in.

Hey dand411 is there a Red Phone number for business customer care? Whenever I use either of the two numbers floating around here I get a personal rep.

I'll give another vote for Business customer care...I called regular customer care and they said I couldn't have my 24% corp discount on my SERO plan, which I knew was crap. I called business customer care, they added it on, and even credited it to my account for the bill I just received! Took maybe 5-7 minutes tops :)

I work for a non-for profit mental health agency. I called and stated it was state run...which it is. I got the 15% discount for working for the State of NY. I don't actually work directly for the state but we are by no means affiliated. They just took down the info, Supervisor's name and number...changed my billing cycle and that was the end of it. I now receive the discount.

I also emailed ecare...stating that I am a member of a credit union. I indicated my credit union offers a 15% discount, even though I saw it was only 10% (on the threads)...the response from ecare:

Thank you for contacting Sprint together with Nextel. I will be happy
to assist you regarding the discount for being a member of Federal
Credit Union.

We certainly provide 15 percentage discount to the members of Federal
Credit Union. To provision your company's Nationwide Volume Program
discount, we require the following information:

I didn't respond though because I already receive the 15% state employee discount. I can't get both can I???? I think that would be too greedy, even though I am a CUcorp member.

Take all of what you can get. It is your money spend as little as possible to get as much as possible. They do it to you do it back to them. Maybe not sprint in general.
