I have an a920 and i want to subscribe to a couple channels on power vision. Will the cost of these channels be taken out of the $15 vision credit i have each month for downloads, or will it cost me that much extra a month to subscribe to each channel?

There is no such thing as a 15 dollar vision credit. The new Power Vision plans don't include ANY vision credit towards downloads.

Aah . . But what about this? Say I wanted to subscribe to the adult swim channel. Could i get just that one channel without giving up my gf vision?

Any downloadable content can be offset by a credit on your account, although I thought the vision credits topped out at either $5 or $10 per month...I am using the 9000 on an old grandfathered vision plan with a $5 credit...I pay $9.99 a month for Sprint TV live, but it is offset by $5, for a $4.99 a month net cost...you should be able to do this with any TV, radio, games or apps, etc...

Interesting. As far as I was aware of, my old ass vision plan didnt even include the $5 credit deal. Just tethering and SMS. I never had a camera phone till now, so I know picture pack isnt "turned on" either. *shrugs* I'm too cheap to click the "Yes" button when it asks to subscribe to PMail, and I'm too chicken to click the "Yes" button when it comes to attempting to subscribe to a channel, for fear of screwing up my plan when they go to bill me for it.
If I was to subscribe to any of the PV offerings, it would just to be to that one channel. But I dont want to give up my vision to do it. Maybe I'll give it a try for a month, to see if I get any credits back.

Subscribing to a channel through the media player should not in any way affect your vision/PV plan...there is media content included in the new PV plans, but a lot of the same content and more can be added to your existing plan...it would be similar to adding SMS or roaming...you can add it and remove it at will...hope that makes sense...to get Sprint TV live, I went into media player, clicked on it, and hit Buy...it is now in my content manager and works great...it did not in any way affect my plan...I just pay a monthly fee for it like any other add-on on my account...
