View Full Version : Unable to Download Sprint-Purchased Content from Text Msg

I bought a ringer and a screen saver from sprint website. They sent me a text message for each one with a link to download BUT as you scroll down the text
message - it says click on link to download but it only highlights one line at
a time and the link takes up 3-4 lines. So nothing happens.
My previous phone the whole link would highlight. :confused:
I went to my content - ringers and downloaded it from there but WHAT'S UP
with that link not working ? ANYONE ELSE ??

Open the text message you got and under options,then click go and it will take you to the link.I hope that is what you are talking about.

go to ringers or what ever, and then "My Content Manager" and you should be able to download them from there....
