i doubt it, youd have to have a way to upload it to sprints server, which im sure they dont plan on allowing you to do for a while. but when (if) they do, you can expect to pay for each upload as well

This has been covered many times. Call Tones operate completely differently from ringtones. As VS said, it's not possible and I will say with a large degree of certainty that it never will be.
