Subscription error in unlimited game?

When i first changed over from my A620 to MM535, only 4 of my games in my content manager worked on my new phone. The weirdest thing was that Chessmaster was never able to download. I always get an error when i finished my DL. I did eventually get it to DL. Just tried it one day and it worked.

Now, one month to the day i DL'd it, when i try to play chessmaster, it shows that the subscription is out. This game is suppose to be unlimited. It always was since I had it.

Another weird thing is that when i went to resubscribe, it took me to a link to download a DJ program.

Has this ever happened to anyone or does anyone have a tip before i call CS?

When a game/app that you downloaded for one phone doesn't work for a new phone, there isn't much you can do about it. Unfortunately, Sprint's system is a little screwy like this. When you WERE able to download it, it could very well be that the 535 version of the game was only good for 30 days. There really isn't any way of telling.

I remember there was a game... NY Nights I think it was, that lots of us wanted for our 535's. We all bought it and it would never download. All you could do is request a refund. I checked periodically for a couple of months, and it was always listed for purchase but it would never, ever download.

Call CS and just see what they can do. You MIGHT be able to squeeze a credit out of them, but I can't be sure. Also if you tried re-downloading the game on the PC, try it from your phone; if you tried from your phone, try from your PC. Probably a shot in the dark, but it can't hurt.
