Ok on my 940 When i try and send a picture or look at my albums or when i recieve a picture it says i have to have a password so i put one in and it says registering but them an error comes up saying ive done it too many times and i need to call customer service so i did that 3 Different times on hold for an hour Long each so i just hang up so what can i do?

Go to Settings and update your Vision profile. Then go to the Picture Mail site and have your password sent to you as a text. Then try Pic Mail again. If that doesn't work, you're gonna have to rough CS.

well the problem is ive already tried the vision profile update and when its updating it asks for username and password and it gives me another error
