Hi everyone

Can anyone tell me if SPCS is still offering any kind of Retention plans?

I've been with SPCS for over 5 yrs and haven't asked for any kind of
Retention requests in at least 3 yrs. Honestly I've forgotten what they gave me the last time

Now , What I'm looking for is maybe a service change.
I currently have 1000 AT w/ N & W @ 8 PM for $ 50.00 with a few extras ( vision, Voice command, ETC)

What I'm mostly looking for is a Phone upgrade. I'm currently eligible for the $150 phone upgrade.
But I'm looking for more.

AM I DREAMING??

Will I get better results calling SPCS CS or going to the Sprint store

There's about 5000 different threads about what retention is offering at any given time. Have you tried doing a search?
