Help with my Avatar!

Can someone take this pic and change it to 96x96 so I can use it as my avatar? If you do this you can PM it to me, I would appreciate it.

Or if you could tell me how to do it... all I have is the Paint program.

Again, any help would be appreciated.

You can crop it so it shows only my bust... you don't have to keep all the background info.

I have a program that can do that. I just cant figure out how to PM it back to you in the PM message box.

Under Quick Reply, click the Go Advanced button, and then there's an option down at the bottom to Manage Attachments

Ok its still not working, when I push the attach image button it just says [/IMG]. It wont let me go find th file or drag and drop.. nothing..

Go down below where you type the reply... you'll see a bar that says Additional Options. One of the options is "Attach Files" and there is a button labeled "Manage Attachments."
