Hello,
I recently changed phone numbers on my PM-225 and the kind CSR gave me the MSL:)
It is: 380109
Please let me know if you find this helpful!

Every phone has a different MSL. It's not helpful. Sorry. :)

If you still cannot find the msl, let me know. You should try ##000000# if it still has not unlocked.

That never works on Sprint phones. All Sprint phones are manufacturered with both MSL and OTKSLs pre-programmed.
