It'd probably work with any BT phone that supports the right profiles. Unfortunately Sprint will charge a fortune for the usage of it.

That phone is the Motorola V635 (http://www.phonescoop.com/phones/phone.php?p=668), never released through any US carrier. He also owns it, infact had it before the RAZR.
