I bought a Samsung MM-A920 Multimedia phone on the 24th. I had my Sanyo 8100 for over 24 Months, almost 25, so I figured I would use my NEW FOR YOU Upgrade Program deal to get $150 off instantly. The phone is a "Sprint Power Vision" Phone.

Here are the requirements to get the $150 off...

To take advantage of these offers, your account must be in good standing, and you’ll need to sign up for the following:

* A $34.99 per month or higher Sprint PCS Service Plan
* Either a new one- or two-year Sprint subscriber agreement
* Sprint PCS VisionSM (if purchasing a Sprint PCS VisionSM phone)

A phone acitivation fee of up to $36 may apply.
Program expires January 14, 2006.

Okay, here's the thing. I have a Sprint "Power" Vision phone. Last I checked the bill (just now), I see nothing on my Phone's plan about having Sprint Vision pack, (Regular Vision isnt even an option to look at for me, just Power Vision). Anyways, I checked and the Vision pack isn't on there, and I have been using the free SIRIUS radio station like crazy. *Streaming radio over the WEB*

My question is, if they charge me for using the Vision features and not having the Vision on my phone...what do I do? Is it the guys fault for giving me $150 off and not doing the requirements, or is it somehow me?

EDIT: Also, does anyone know why I can't preview ringers on their site anymore?

Not sure about the first part, except that mine never said I had Vision and the 4 times I called to verify, they said it was on my account and I don't need to worry about being charged for the free previews I was watching. As for the second part, I was told they're updating their site and it's not currently available. Email them and tell them you're upset about it, see what you get in return (hint hint).

Me love you long time. Thanks for reminding me about that.

Sprint PCS Power Vision $25 was added on there to begin with. FREE for one month, can decrease to $10/month plan next month if I wish.

FREE Text Messaging for 2 Years since I just signed my contract 2 days ago. :headbang2 *does that sound normal, my sister dont believe it.*

5% Off our Phone Bill since I resigned for another 2 years.

Does that all sound right, or am I getting screwed?

actually if you are charged for using the vison that would be a set up error because that should have been a part of your plan for the upgrade. if you are charged on your next bill, call CS and explain what happened and most likely you will be able to recieve a credit

Also, is the Streaming Radio free? (I got a free channel when I bought my A920..one that already came on it to try it out)

She said something about uploading fees or some crap.

Right now I am paying the $25/month for the Ultimate Vision pack.

you have vision so as long as you are using sirius hits its free. you only have to pay for channels that say to pay for them.
