1.) To the caller who left a Merry Christmas and Happy Holidays message- thank you and the same for you.
2.) To: SALES FORCE- If you recall back in March to always call the store for any changes or information, well
that's what I did to check minutes usage. You know if it weren't for your colleague who told me to call *2
a lot of mistrust wouldn't be taking place. The computer was crammed with so much junk it took that rep 2 minutes
before he could look up any information and it was just a mess. Always changing, getting stuck, writing things, etc.

So, why can't people be more upfront about what they want to offer. At least just identify yourself as Sprint
or someone I've talked to in the past and then have your say.

I know it's the holidays. Even my cousin's friend is offering 30% off MRC VZW, extra phone discounts with 3month evaluations. I guess
that means some perks or something.

SALES! from every company, except Cingular, is very aggressive but I have been
with Sprint a long time. Yes I know something about SERO but I have plenty more questions.

I don't think leaving crank call messages which I can't even hear clearly to understand won't get me to call *2
or the store.

Just leave a courtesy message somehow like what I've mentioned above, maybe even email.
You'll earn my trust much better.
