View Full Version : Problem with Sanyo 7300 and data cable

Really hoping someone can help me because it seems Ive searched everywhere and havent seen the same problem anywhere.

Using my data cable and plugging in my Sanyo 7300, it is detected by XP but listed as 'Unknown Device'. Any attemnpts made to update driver with several drivers for this cable/phone result in the message 'The specified location does not contain information about your hardware'

Yea I'm having the same problem too. I heard there were 300,000 users here but still not one suggestion. Must be one of a kind
