there is a way to get bluetooth but you have to buy an adapter that's like 50.00 and then what ever head set supports it.
thats the closes you'll ever get to bluetooth

how big is the adapter? is it annoying?

the adapter is like 60 bucks and is a pretty decent size. A good headset is atleast 80 bucks. It is not worth it.
