When I get the ol' "Low memory restart browser" I just hit "OK" and keep on goin. It seems to happen to me when the phone is loading a web page with alot of large pictures/images on it, although I've noticed it will do it from time to time for no apparent reason. You're probably not doing anything wrong at all. As stated above, it wouldn't hurt to delete any unwanted memory sucking elements from your phone.
