I was putting my new exhaust system on my car when the creeper got snagged on something. Already fustrated from installing 3 inch headers and pipes on my back I pushed the creeper harder until finally I couldn't move. I moved out of the way only to see that the phone was snagged under it. Flipped it over and the entire back side is completely tore up (phone still works great).
So I go to Sprint to get the case changed only to discover they don't have any parts for the 9000. My question is for the Sprint techy guys on here. If a 9000 gets damaged what's the policy after that? I've been told the 9000's are no longer. Even if they had them I doubt they would use them as replacements.
Any comments?

Sand it smooth and Skin it! :thought: www.mytego.com
They don't have a template for the front of the 9000 yet but they have the inside and backside of the 5600 which is the same. Just a thought. :D

Problem is the phone works great still. It's just cosmetic. Will they swap it for cosmetic damage?

Maybe if you go to the right store, but unlikely...
