I was at Fry's yesterday and saw something that caught my eye - Silver VM4500's, new in the box. Is this common? Is anyone else seeing 4500's sold new other places? I was so tempted to pick one up to replace the 4920 on my 3rd line. The 4500 was one of the best phone's I've ever used and I was never able to have it in silver, only blue.

I thought the silver 4500 was nothing new. I saw these back a while ago...

Right, that's my point. It's been so long since I've seen them, I was surprised Fry's was selling them new (not refurb) in the box.

I saw them at sprint corporate in Lansing MI last weekend for 399. Shoulda taken a pic...And we think the 7500 is overpriced!!

Fry's Electronics sells a lot of old phones new in box. I even saw the Sanyo SCP-7200 (RL2000) there.

So if you want an old school sprint phone in new condition go to Fry's. :)
