View Full Version : Sprint Downloads NOT Working.... A940...

I got a brand new a940. If you go to vision home, then downloads, downloads comes up fine. Then if you click on games, screen savers, ringers, doen't matter it will just refresh the page and not follow the link. However the featured stuff at the top if you click that it will bring up a little description about it and has the buy button. if you click the buy button it brings you back to the donwnloads page. It's stuck in a loop. The phone at the sprint store did it to. Every other page works just fine and I can buy games online via the sprint site, but not on the phone. Anyone else having this problem? Sprint is losing out, not like they don't rip evveryone off anyway

Yeah... this is a known issue we assume will be addressed whenever the focus shifts from updates for the 900 & 920 to the 940. :fingers:

is it the phone or server side I am guessing?

I Had this same problem until I deleted the cookies...try that & see what happens

Hahaha! I tried that like the first week I got the phone and it didn't fix the problem, but it did now. :)
