I am using the FutureDial Suite and I can download all the images from my phone to my PC, but when I try to export an image from my PC to my phone, it doesn't work. It goes through the motions as if it's working properly, reboots my phone and when my phone comes back up, bam - no image.
It might also be worth mentioning that when I tried to use the focus tool to send a picture to my phone, it comes up in my browser as, "The requested page can not be displayed." These are all JPG images and I have tried various image sizes to be sure that wasn't the problem.
Any insight into the causes of this problem would be greatly appreciated. Thanks!

I answered my own question. It does upload then. It just doesn't put them in the camera section. They end up under the "PC Sync" section of the Tools/Extras menu.

What image size does it need to be to upload pics from your PC?
I have FutureDial too but haven't tried to upload pictures.

Well, the pictures that your phone's camera takes are 640x480. The pictures that I uploaded ranged from 800x600 to 176x220 (the size that the wallpaper should be). What I found was that when I tried to set any of the uploaded images as my screen saver, no matter what the image size, they didn't fill the entire screen - just a pre-set rectangular portion of it. Any time I have set one of the pictures I took with my phone's camera as my screen saver, it fills up the entire screen. So I came up with a solution - instead of uploading pictures from my PC to my phone, I just open the picture on my PC and take a picture of it with my phone. Then I set it as my screen saver and voila - the picture is now my wallpaper and it takes up the whole screen. The image quality is just as good this way, or at least it looks just as good to me.

the phone will let up upload via data cable but its useless because of a limitation built in the phone, it won't allow any picture above 16kb, so the pictures get coverted and loose all quality, i try with datapilot and bitpim and others, also via the data cable you will never be able to upload AAC ringtones, just midi works with the cable
but with the uploader online everything woks
http://rumkin.com/tools/sprint/
that site works perfect for my aac ringtones
this is another site for pictures
i used it and it works

So can you use a cable going online to rumkin or do you have to do it through the phone's web browser?
I don't have the Vision package (too expensive) so everything has to be through the cable.

to use one of those online uploader , u need vision or pay per KB
yes i think its too expensive
so we out of luck
maybe one day a software mod or something can fix it,
so now basically the cable is good to manage your phone book and to take out pictures, videos and send midi ringtones to the phone
if u find any software that works for pictures and ringtones, let us know
