I get an" Error: C 1" while trying to upload pictures online. with my 7400, this never happened w/ my 7300. I updated Vision Profile, if that matters. BTW i am able to use web and goto my online pictures and download it to 7400.

you may just need to reset your picture token. Its Settings-> Security ->(lock code, last 4 of phone number unless you changed it) -> reset pictures.

It may prompt you for a password after that when uploading. to get that go to pictures.sprintpcs.com and click on "forgot your password?" put in your number and it will text it to your phone.

i get that error a lot of my 5600 when i try to upload multiple pics at once. try just uploading one at a time and see if that helps. thats what i do and it works fine.

resetting pictures did the trick. Thanks! BTW I always uploaded 1 at a time =)
