sup wit sprint pcs mail and prl updates?

today is like the 1st time in over a year i went online to TRY and access my sprint pics online..

but i get the followin msg and and choice... whats the deal?

#2 whats the deal wit that? is it not free or whats up? what about sms stuff i'm still wit the old txt system whre i send one and i get notification that i have new txt msg and and go online via phone to access them? do they not have sms?

#3 sup wit the PRL i was in milwaukee, WI and used my phone and i got charged roaming charges for calls made on that day? thats part of my coverage area tho?


can someone explain to me whats going and what i need to do?

p.s. lastly what does it mean that i'm on PCS pp aka does that mean when i call sprint customers its free?

pp is $29.95 300pk min's and free un&W's but at what time i don't konw? and UNLIMITED vision for $10..

1 & 2. Picture Mail is not free. If you have the same phone, then you still use ShortMail if you did before. You need an SMS-capable phone to get texts the "modern way."

3. Your phone, in theory, should tell you if you're on a call and roaming rates would apply. York, PA is in my coverage area, but I roam on Verizon towers all the time up there in certain spots.

i got the 5300 so i have to use shortmail?

i konw my n&W's start at 9pm but i was thinkin they end at 7am am i correct or do they end at 6am ??


what can we do bout roamin in areas where we are not supposed to roam? wit us cellular they jus update the PRL, i thought sprint was WAY ahead of us cell...


also i'm out of contract..

but i want to keep the unlim vision for $10 is that possible and somehow get a new phone or not? basically i jus want a disc phone or rebate to update my phone but keep my pp or at least the vision for $10..

i'm bout to be a 3 yr customer... again out of contract..

your free minutes end at 7am. Try calling the retention department and see what they can offer you
