My on demand used to work fine, however now it just freezes my phone and after about 30 seconds the phone resets. It opens up fine but then when i go into a section or update the phone just freezes.

Any ideas?

Hmmm... it's working okay on my 940. Have you downloaded anything recently, dropped the phone, etc? Anything that happened around when this started that might have caused it? :indiff:

The on demand will not work at all  . Any option i select will just freeze the phone. I did drop my phone the other day but it did not even leave a scratch. Could that really effect why the on demand will not work anymore?

You Would be suprised the amount of internal damage done by dropping your phone. my old samsung stopped ringing for 3 months once by dropping from four feet on tile in the kitchen.

I have a different issue with On Demand. My 30 day trial of the Directory channel of On Demand expired. Now I am given an option to purchase a subscription. Clicking this takes me out of On Demand and into the browser where you would expect to go to a Sprint site to purchase the subscription. Instead, I am sent to a page where I am told that this content is not available and there is only a link to the Sprint Home page. Has anyone else seen this? I have a trouble ticket in on it but I imagine it is just another example of the rocky start to EV-DO.

Hmmm... It works on mine. But I can't find a way to get there manually.

I have been paying for On Demand for 2 years now. Then I bought my touch 30 days ago and it is telling me that my trial has expired. Did I mention that I have been paying for it for 2 years now? I try to find a way to let the thing know that I already have a subscription but instead it just asks me for my credit card. Did I mention that I have been paying for it for 2 years now?

I did. Last night. Spoke with someone named Val and he could not help me. Went to check with someone else and never came back. I'll try again tonight.
