View Full Version : Vision's Weather problem--temporary or permanent?

From the Power Vision Home page, when I select Weather, I get

ERROR
Database Error Occured.
|

I don't use this Weather much, so I don't know how long it has had this problem. Is everyone getting it? Or could it be due to an obsolete zipcode database? I got a new zipcode about 6 months ago, and I have found that some companies are still using obsolete zipcode databases that consider my zipcode nonexistent.

Works on my 900 & 940. Does the 9000 have On Demand? You could try the weather thingy in there, if it does.

The Weather sub-app of On Demand is also using an obsolete zipcode database. When I give it my correct zipcode, it says

"No results were found for this search. Please change search criteria and try again."

But when I give it my old (and now incorrect) zipcode, or when I tell it to use Current Location, it works fine.
