I just got my 920 recently and I have been playing around with different menu backgrounds... Heres a nice bright one I created! ENJOY!!!

After you right click save as, use your favorite uploader or this one:

*PS* - I will also make some A900 menu's, had to pimp my phone first :lol:

Wow, Glenny... I never even thought to make your own menu backgrounds! That's some good thinkin'! The 900 can really use them since you can't customize the menu nearly as much as you can with the 940 (don't know about the 920--I've only gotten to hold one :( ).

haha thanks... I know it just dawned on me the other day. As far as the menu's the a920 and 940 are about the same, the 940 has a few more focus effects. All I need is the fire one though... I try to change it but I cant it. It just looks too good! The biggest thing us '920' users missed out on was the animated effects to the wallpaper(snow,leaves,etc.) I just don't understand how Samsung could take that beautiful screen on the A900 and not give it nearly as many menu customization options, it doesn't make sense.

You know what's sad; after a month of owning the A940 I just NOW figured out that you can customize the menu screen...for some reason I never saw the little "Options" button

I agree Glenny... it's such a beautiful screen on the 900 but they stripped it so much. But I'm loving it! "Bugs" and all ;)

Alright I whipped these up real quick just to give you 900 users something better than stock... I am going to design some good ones when I have a little bit more time though. ENJOY!!!

You go options and background from the menu screen on the a940 if I remember correctly

Anyone with the blade find that by changing the menu background, it causes any of the same problems that changing your wallpaper does?

No... but I've never had any real problems with my wallpapers, either.

I cant find out where to change my menu background. Help?

Click on Menu, then hit your right soft key (screen will say Options right there) then click on Menu Background.

When I try to set my menu background from My Content, I immediately get an error "Image Decoding Error" on my A900. All I do is mark the My Content radio button and hit OK and get the error.

Any ideas? All of the images in my screen savers folder work fine for my wallpapers.
