Okay, I'm not as knowledgeable on all this stuff as everyone here seems to be. I just use my phone as a phone but on occasion when we travel I do use the connection manager to check in with my office. Bought a new Gateway laptop..moved connection manager zip file (version 1.0) from old laptop to new laptop thru the network. Unzipped...started up the program perfectly but it refuses to see my MM7400. Someone posted I need drivers? It worked fine on my old laptop with this phone and the connection software so why won't it work on the new laptop? Where can I find the drivers? Should I download the new version of connection manager from the sprint website? Gawd, I need more coffee!!!! :irked:

Shoot... I cancelled my Business Connection thingy a while back... though it still runs on my computer and I can still access it from my phone, heh. I would log on to your business connection account from your new computer and begin setup there just like you did on your old computer. If that doesn't work... hmmmm.....

That's the problem! I cannot connect from my new laptop. It doesn't recognize my phone as a modem. Anybody? I may have posted this under the wrong heading to begin with. It is just the regular PCS Connection Manager that I use.
