View Full Version : Bitpim with A740...Ringer inserted automatically?

I just got a Samsung A740 this weekend and I have a question about using Bitpim with it. I had all of my contacts in Bitpim from my A620, so I connected my 740 and uploaded them all almost perfectly. There’s only one small problem. For some reason it inserts the ringtone “boardwalk” on all 240 contacts! How in the world can I override that to “default” so it will accept the ringer that I set for incoming calls? The only way I can figure is to individually open up each contact in my phone so if there is any way I can avoid that it would be GREAT!

Any solutions? Thanks!

It's an issue the developers are aware of and is on their list.
