View Full Version : Help! Can't access account with A900.

Performed the esn swap yesterday to my new A900. No powervision in this area and no changes made to my $10 vision plan. I can't access my account info or content manager from my phone. I can access all data from home computer. Called vision tech support and they were no help. Anyone else experience this problem?

its been known to take up to 72hrs for the content catalog, etc to update to after a swap. just give it more time for now.

Had to clear the cookies to get it to work. Also had to Vision tech support reset picture mail in order for it to work.
