network busy?

Anyone else having trouble in so cal? "Error 2048 Network busy, try again later" message for a day and a half now. CS says everything is fine (after 20 min. on hold).

Have you tried the old "remove the battery for 45 seconds or so" trick ? If that doesn't work, try to update your vision profile.

Tried removing the batery already. Just tried to update profile and got "error 1012, could not prepare vision services, try again later"

Did Vision work for you before?

It is possible your Vision may need to be reprovisioned, but be advised that you will lose your email (a reset, not a closure) if they have to do that...and you can read/save/delete on sprint.com using your PC ahead of time...

Same problem in Valencia, CA yesterday. I turned it off, took the battery off and turned it back on and all my pics went through. For some reason Samsungs have this problem when I use vision a lot.

i was getting the error #2048 and error 1012 message when i was up at school (MSU) in East Lansing...when i came back home in sterling heights...1 1/2 hours away about half way home it started working...i was also on the phone with tech twice for about 20 mins...i guess it ended up being a network problem or something b/c it works fine now...ill have to see how it works when i get back up to school...

i am having the same problem can't acess the web or send or recieve photos, can't update profile. can't update phone.

this is crazy the phone is 3 days old i have spent more time talking to Sprint that i have accualey used my phone for personal use
