I bought this phone when it first came out ... 2 years ago or so. I kept it because I just loved the screen. But I dont know who or what to hate more Sprint or the Toshiba vm4050. Usually when you buy phone with lots of options you expect your carrier to support your model... especially if they carried it. The downloadable games and applications for this phone are RIDICULOUS and prehistoric. I know this phone HAS to be capable of more than Memory Master. Memory Master is 4 different colored blocks that blink in a sequence that you have to repeat. SPRINT IS SELLING THIS GAME FOR YOU TO ACTUALLY PURCHASE!!! No MobiTv, No Lemonade Tycoon, not even Bejeweled. Oh and you can forget about getting Sims2 Mobile.. thats just a pipe dream. Like i said before, i've had this phone for about 2 years and yes, if you've read other reviews there are a few flaws in design and function but seriously overall its not that bad. You never have to pay for ring tones- just record your favorite song or whatever in the voice memo option and apply it to anyone in your phone book. The camera is ok at best. Really lame frames and applications. but the picture quality is decent. and the sound is pretty good despite what other reviewers have said. In 2 years i've never had a dropped call- BUT that was while i was in New York. HOWEVER in Texas. omg. 9 out of 10 calls i make or receive are dropped. So the question is, is it the phone or the carrier? Of course the people at Sprint say its the phone, but i really question that. I, unlike most reviewers here really like the phone, i really think its Sprint but read on ... and you decide.
