Can I browse the regular web on a Power Vision phone? Or is it still WAP and will normal web sites have to be translated?

Can I get the real cable ESPN and such channels live with NBA games and everything on my phone?

Can I put my own MP3 files on my phone and use headphones to listen to them or do I have to play them on a speaker?

Can I get pictures off say an A940 without having to upload them and use picture mail?

Is Power Vision that much different than PCS Vision or is it just the same as PCS Vision but faster? Do the websites on Power Vision look the same?

Say i wanna get NBA and NFL games on Sirius radio on my phone is that possible?

1. its still WAP, because despite the speed, the phones memory still cant handle the full pages.
2. yes, certain channels are live, not sure if those channels are though
3. yes you can get your own mp3s, have to go on the card. and any best buy, etc will have stereo headphones for cellphones, so you dont have to use a speaker
4. you can put the pictures to the card and then drop the card into a card reader to get your pictures
5. same, with more multimedia (music and sprint tv), and gps (on demand) capabilities then pcs vision, and speeds are much much faster on average
5. not sure if those sirius stations are whats being sent. might check with someone who is already signed up with it.

Most Sprint Vision phones can run Opera Mini, which is a full-HTML Web browser. It routes all requests through a proxy server that converts regular HTML pages into a slimmer form suitable for presentation on a cell phone screen. Multimedia (not necessarily EV-DO) Sprint phones can run the hi-fi version of Opera Mini; older Sprint Vision phones must run the lo-fi version. The two versions are actually quite similar except in superficialities.

Multimedia (not necessarily EV-DO) Sprint phones can subscribe to Sprint TV or Sprint TV Live. As far as I know, no Sprint phone (other than PDA phones) will display live TV, or even video clips, at any resolution higher than 176x144. If you think that purchasing a fast new EV-DO phone with a 240x320 screen will somehow bring you to VHS-quality video on your cell phone, you will be sadly disappointed.

Nevertheless, I will not be giving up my MM-9000. ;)
