Ditto to the many good reviews already on this phone.
I've had the 4920 for about 5 months.

The LONG battery life is fantastic.
My job sometimes takes me on the road for a couple days at a time and I frequently forget to bring a charger.

The dictation function on this phone is very handy for me.
I frequently work outside, and need to take notes but pencil and fieldbook is just another thing to have to worry about carrying.

The excellent reception is much appreciated.
I sometimes work in remote areas (in the woods...down a ravine...lots of tree cover...etc).

The screen is fine for any lighting situation.

The menu is intuitive and easy (in my opinion) to navigate.

The call screening feature is an interesting idea for a cell phone. I imagine it could be pretty handy, though I haven't used it yet.

The speaker phone does have significant distortion at higher volumes...and sprint let me swap phones (same model) because I was thinking my phone was broken. I still think it was, because the replacement is better...though I still need to keep it the volume away from the highest settings.

This is being replaced by the Sanyo-4930.
I hear it is similar or same phone, but has rubber casing to make it even more rugged.
If I ever have to replace my 4920 ... this is what I would purchase.
