Please Help me with my Treo!!!!

Hello I'm new and I'll I'm trying to do is upload songs from my cd to my Real Player On to my Treo. I have done all the steps and I got the song that I want saved to Real Player Desktop but when I try to transfer

1. It says palmOne Handheld (Card) intead of just Palm One Handheld like it does in the Manual in the Burn/Transfer List

2. It says the file will not fit because its too big. But its on one song....4:14.

I do have the SD card also/

Well the music has to be stored on the card, not in the Treo's internal memory. There's a certain directory it has to be in.... I believe it's the AUDIO directory.

You could physically put the sd card in the memory card reader and phyiscally create that directory. but I thougt Real Player would find them in the root directory also. I have an Ipod so I don't really use my Treo for music. If the Treo had 10 gig that would be a different story.

the format your using either isnt supported or is too big so just make it n mp3 and it should work fine for you. oh yeah your phone sux it runs palm os software get a ppc the run windows mobile and work alot better in all areas. faygo

Saying the treo sux is a bit much, but I don't think I would prefer the Palm OS over Windows...IMO
