I have read several threads talking about the "hard launch" of EVDO on the 11th and the subsequent release of more phones including the Moto E815. Anyone else hear this or have any info?

The E815 is not in the pipeline yet. From the posts I've read, probably not until Q1. Samsung 900 and A920 are supposed to be released in the next couple weeks.

Conventional Wisdom (Retail Edition) learly states that if you don't have hard evidence of a given product before Nov. 1, it realistically won't happen until the first quarter of the following year.

I have been in retail since 1989 in malls, fairs, flea markets and one of the most visited tourist attractions in the world, Pier 39 in Fisherman's Wharf, San Francisco.

As wildly divergent as all those places are, it is amazing how the rules of retail remain constant...

PS - Looking for big discounts other than Day After Xmas? February and October, particularly the last half of each month. :hee:

I'm assuming it's a Verizon phone since it has brew. So I'd call Verizon and just ask to verify that the phone can be activated.
